Looking For Talented Reporters

The Southwest Source, the official student news source of Southwest Tennessee Community College, is looking for talented reporters.

Criteria

• Full or part-time student
• 2.5 GPA
• Must complete required service hours based on enrolled hours
• Must rank in upper 25 percent of graduating class (if no prior College)*

*Reference: A letter of recommendation from the principal or counselor of the high school from which applicant graduated verfiying the student's GPA and class rank.

Application

Applications are available online (Adobe PDF, requires Adobe Reader) or in the Student Activities and Multicultural Affairs offices, Macon Cove (Farris 1105) or Union Avenue (B Building 106 [Saluqi Den]) Campuses. Completed applications must be returned to the Student Activities and Multicultural Affairs office.
