Self-reporting Coronavirus to the College
Out of an abundance of caution for the health and welfare of the Southwest community and beyond, the College is asking students and employees to self-report a positive COVID-19 test or possible exposure to COVID19@southwest.tn.edu.
The College will notify the Shelby County Health Department, but will NOT divulge the identity of the person(s) in question to the greater campus or Memphis communities. All information gathered will remain confidential as directed by the Shelby County Health Department. The College will assess the credibility of every self-report to determine whether to provide an update to the campus community.

If you suspect you have been exposed to or infected with COVD-19, follow the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines on self-care and home care.
