Transient Students
A transient student is one who is enrolled at another institution and plans to enroll at Southwest
for one semester and then return to the home institution.
What must you do before registering online:
- Admissions and records files must be complete
- Application for admission to Southwest (Download a printable version of the Admissions Application packet, the printable application requires Adobe Reader.)
- $10 non-refundable application fee (not required of readmitted students)
- Documentation of course prerequisites
- College Transcript from home institution
- Proof of MMR - two doses (If born after 1956 and full-time student)
- You must have an assigned pin number.
- You must be able to advise yourself.
