Transcript Request
Students may request transcripts through My.Southwest (my.southwest.tn.edu). Students who have attended Southwest prior to the fall semester of 2008 or who have attended the closed institutions of Shelby State Community College or State Technical Institute at Memphis, may request copies of their transcript(s) by mailing or faxing a Request for Academic Transcript to the address listed above.
Enrollment Verification
Students may request enrollment verifications through My.Southwest (my.southwest.tn.edu). Students who have attended Southwest prior to the fall semester of 2008 or who have attended Shelby State Community College or State Technical Institute at Memphis may request a verification of enrollment by mailing or faxing a Enrollment Verification Request to the fax number or mailing address listed above.
