What is "IT?" When you see someone successful, talented or famous, you always hear someone say, "Wow, they really have 'It' or 'It' really moved me." We can go a lifetime saying that phrase while wondering why we don't feel like we have "IT," know what "IT" is or how to use "IT" once you know what "IT" all means. With humor, easy to follow/powerful to implement ways and reference points this program will outline your skill set and plan of action in achieving. You will learn techniques and thought out principles and guidelines that will help you reach your New Height and learn how to be the best at what you do at all times. When you leave, you will know and understand, How to be the "IT."

Pearson has been voted Speaker of the Year and Performer of the Year by APCA, the second largest activities organization in the U.S. The last three years he has also been a finalist for Diversity Performer of the Year by Campus Activities Magazine, the number one college entertainment publication worldwide. Pearson has presented to groups of 5As a Speaker, Leadership Expert and Motivational Comedian. Pearson has spoken in over 40 States in the U.S. in addition to Mexico, Canada and The British Virgin Islands. His presentations connect, entertain, and educate everyone regardless of race, gender, age, religion, cultural or socio-economic background.
Pearson's journey has led him to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and later his Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. Pearson has authored four books and is presently working on a film documentary project. His five years of working in higher education advising, Campus Activities Boards, Student Government, Greek Life and Co-creating Orientation Programs adds to his great ability to connect with any audience.
