Express Loan Workshop to be held at Southwest’s TSBDC

On Wednesday, April 18 the Tennessee Small Business Development Center will host a Community Express Loan Workshop at the Renaissance Business Center located at 555 Beale Street, Memphis, Tennessee at 5:30 p.m.

If you need a government-guaranteed loan of $5,000 to $10,000 or up to $25,000 (in $5,000 increments) – with no collateral or financial statements required – you can actually apply for a loan at this workshop. If your business is a start-up, construction, home-based, Internet or an existing business looking to expand – this is a FREE workshop for you!

Bring the following documents if you wish to apply on the spot:

• Photo copy of your Driver’s License or official ID

• Social Security Number

• Evidence of LPRA status if not a U.S. Citizen

• Federal Tax ID number and your Business Checkbook (all partners, principals or co-owners of the business must apply together)

Note: Those with a criminal history or anyone who has defaulted on a government loan including student loans is not eligible. Non-profit businesses are not eligible.
