Con-Sequential - The Mid-South’s Premier Comic Book Convention!

Unlike most normal comic conventions our artist guests will be providing some great “hands on” classes for aspiring artists and comic creators. By attending the Cartooniversity program classes artists will have an opportunity to complete a Sequential Storytelling Certificate. They can attend classes in Writing, Cartooning, Figure Drawing, Painting, Storyboards, Penciling, Inking, Coloring and everything that will help aspiring and professional artists alike. Early registration is encouraged since spaces are limited.

General admission to Con-Sequential will include entrance to artists alley when they can meet many comic artists and writers, a vendors room where they can meet our guests of honor and do some shopping for comics and collectibles, and auditorium where comic topics will be discussed by comic professionals. There will also be many great free promotional items for attendees to take home with them.

Kids 5 years old or younger get in for free- regular general admission only and with a paid adult.

Doors open at 9 a.m. and parking is free.

Cartooniversity
$45.00 (both days + Cartooniversity classes- registration & reserve seating)
Space is limited. Early registration required.


BONUS!- For the first 25 people to pre-register for Con-Sequential's Cartooniversity they will receive a comics goodie grab bag filled with lots of cool signed comics and other great swag!

The Mid-South Cartoonist Association (The Memphis Group of the Southeast Chapter of the National Cartoonists Society), will also be hosting the first ever Con-Sequential art show at Adam Shaw's studio (2547 Broad Ave, Memphis, TN 38112-2613) on Friday the 13th - "Luck Of The Draw"! This show will be open to the general public and will showcase original comic art produced by our esteemed guests and members of the MSCA and will be in-conjunction with the Broad Street Gallery Walk- 2500 Block of Broad between Hollywood and Bingham, located in Historic Binghamton at the end of Sam Cooper Boulevard near East Parkway.
