Southwest Partners With Lurgi, Inc. to Provide Non-traditional Workshops for Tipton County Girl Scouts

Southwest Tennessee Community College is collaborating with Lurgi, Inc. of Memphis, Tenn. to provide a workshop on non-traditional career paths for Tipton County Girl Scouts on January 10 at the Southwest Macon Cove Campus from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Southwest faculty from the mechanical engineering, computer engineering, and industrial, environmental and graphic arts technologies departments, the natural/physical sciences department, along with the Computer Resource Center will provide hands-on experiments/demonstrations for girl scouts ranging mostly between 8th and 10th grades.
