Mid-South Executive Joins Southwest Tennessee Community College Foundation Board

The Southwest Tennessee Community College Foundation has welcomed Joyce B. Jones of Wright Medical Technology, Inc. to its Board of Trustees.

Jones is currently the Vice President and Treasurer of Wright Medical Technology, Inc., a position she has held since 2002. With Wright since April, 1989, Jones has been in various positions in the accounting and finance area. Before Wright, Jones was the corporate controller of Insituform Technologies, Inc. and in the accounting group at Richards Medical Company, the predecessor of Smith & Nephew, Inc. Jones is a graduate of the University of Memphis and holds an ARM certification (Associate Risk Manager).

Southwest Tennessee Community College offers Associate of Arts and Associate of Science degrees for transfer to four-year colleges and universities; Associate of Applied Science degrees for immediate career entry into technical, business, service, education and allied health fields; and technical certificates to prepare individuals for entry-level positions in the marketplace.

The Southwest Foundation is a non-profit, charitable corporation established to enhance the mission of Southwest Tennessee Community College through the financial support of programs and facilities that provide broader educational opportunities for the college’s students, faculty, and staff.
