Date: October 26, 2010
Southwest Tennessee Community College Alumni will gather October 30 in Memphis at the Doubletree Hotel at 5069 Sanderlin from 7 p.m. to midnight to celebrate the college's 10th anniversary. In 2000, Shelby State and State Technical Institute at Memphis joined together to create the largest community college in the state.
The event includes food, dancing and an opportunity to network with graduates from all three colleges. Attendees are asked to bring a picture of themselves from the year 2000.
The event is free to all alumni who have paid their $12 dues. Alumni who have not paid their dues, can do so at the door.
