Southwest Tennessee Community College Receives Awards for Marketing Efforts

Southwest Tennessee Community College shared in the spotlight at the National Conference for Marketing and Public Relations (NCMPR) District 2 conference after receiving four awards for outstanding achievement in marketing communications.

The Medallion Awards ceremony was part of the NCMPR District 2 conference held November 7-9 at the Mayfair Hotel in Coconut Grove, Florida.

NCMPR District 2 is comprised of community colleges in 11 states, along with the Bahamas and Bermuda. The NCMPR District 2 Medallion Awards is an annual awards' celebration honoring the marketing and communication efforts of community college marketing and public relations professionals.

This year the district received a record number of award entries, with 433 received in more than 42 categories. Southwest accepted awards in the following categories:
