Free Flu Vaccination

Southwest employees who are still interested in receiving the "FREE" Flu vaccination can still do so by visiting any CVS Pharmacy. The closest pharmacies to our two main campuses are:

Call 901-266-5130, press Option #3 (Flu shots are available every day, no appointments necessary.)

Call 901-274-4085, press Option #3 (Flu shots are available every day, no appointment necessary.)

Employees must bring their Caremark prescription card to the pharmacy in order to receive the "free" vaccination.
If you have lost or misplaced your Caremark prescription card please contact Caremark at 1-877-522-8679 for a replacement.
