CVS/Pharmacy will be offering "FREE" Flu and Pneumonia vaccinations for full-time and permanent part-time employees with benefits during the dates, times and locations listed below.

Friday, October 12, 2012
- Macon Cove Campus
- 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
- Nabors Auditorium
You must bring your Caremark prescription card to receive the "FREE" vaccination(s). If you have lost or misplaced your Caremark prescription card, please contact CVS/Caremark at 1-877-522-8679 for a replacement. As a reminder, employees who did not make advanced reservations can still receive the "FREE" vaccinations at any participating CVS/Pharmacy. However, employees must still present their Caremark Prescription Card when requesting the "FREE" vaccinations.
