Brandi Martin, Employee Benefits Specialist
Brandi Martin began employment with Southwest in 1997 and joined the Human Resources Staff in 2005 as a Temporary File Clerk. Two months later, she began working full time as a Personnel Assistant, and in 2013, she was promoted to Employee Benefits Specialist. Her current duties include day-to-day administrative operations, data entry, employee relations and training and development. Martin also coordinates New Employee Orientation as well as the Annual Benefits Fair. She has an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Engineering Technology and certificates in Industrial Computer Fundamentals, Electrical/Electronic Fundamentals and Architectural/Construction Fundamentals, all from Southwest. She received the College's 2012 Support Staff Council Award for Support Staff Professional Growth.
