Brandi Martin, Personnel Assistant
Brandi Martin began employment with Southwest in 1997 and joined the Human Resources Staff in 2005. As a Personnel Assistant, she currently functions as an agency benefits coordinator, and her duties include day-to-day administrative operations, data entry, employee relations and training and development. Martin also co-coordinates New Employee Orientation as well as the Annual Benefits Fair. She has an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Engineering Technology and certificates in Industrial Computer Fundamentals, Electrical/Electronic Fundamentals and Architectural/Construction Fundamentals, all from Southwest. She received the College's 2012 Support Staff Council Award for Support Staff Professional Growth.
