Herbert Battle began employment at Southwest in 2005. Battle has over 30 years of experience in Human Resources (HR) that includes work in the areas of recruitment, affirmative action, employee relations, benefits and general HR. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Memphis, and is listed as a Rule 31 Civil Mediator in the Tennessee State Courts.
