Tracy L. Horton, Human Resources Advisor
Tracy Horton began employment with Southwest as a student worker in 1990 and joined the Human Resources staff in 1993. His advisement areas of focus are Student Services and Enrollment Management. Horton's 18 years of Human Resource experience includes clerical service, management and development, employee relations and advisement for the Student Services and Enrollment Management areas of the college. He received an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Operations from State Technical Institute at Memphis in 1995 and a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Organizational Leadership from the University of Memphis in 2009. Horton also received a Certificate in Internal Investigation from the Council on Education in Management in association with George Washington University in 2009. He is a State of Tennessee Notary Public and is listed as a Rule 31 Civil Mediator in the Tennessee State Courts.
