Wilma Randle, EEO/Affirmative Action Advisor
Wilma Randle began employment with Southwest in 1977 and has been with the College for 35 years. Randle's work ensures that the college promotes equal opportunity and maintains an acceptable work environment. Her expertise is receiving, reviewing, investigating and responding to charges of discrimination and harassment. Randle received an Associate of Applied Science in Business Technology and Accounting from State Technical Institute at Memphis in 1992, and she received a Certificate in Internal Investigation from the Council on Education in Management in association with George Washington University in 2009. She received the 2011 Human Resources and Affirmative Action Executive Director's Award for Excellence presented by Paul Thomas.
