Equipment Setup
Requirements
- A Magic Service Desk request must be submitted three days in advance for equipment setup.
- Microphones will be set up for seminars, workshops and other general assemblies.
- Multimedia Services and Digital Production do not provide podiums, only microphones.
- Equipment will be set up for Microsoft Office PowerPoint presentations and other development sessions. As security measure the equipment will be set up as close as 30 minutes prior to start time.
- The user must provide the Multimedia Services and Digital Production staff with a start and ending time for each session. If this information is omitted from the request, it is the responsibility of the user to call Multimedia Services and Digital Production when the equipment is ready to be picked up. Please do not leave equipment unattended at any time.
- Equipment being requested for evenings and weekends function must be checked out from Police Services/Public Safety.
