Campus Safety Technician
Campus Safety Technician Program (CST) is a program comprised of students who participate in monitoring the campus for safety, provide escort needs as warranted, write reports if suspicious activity is observed, or assist staff and students during emergencies. One of the more attractive benefits is they are becoming familiar with basic law enforcement investigative techniques. Daily, we are reminded what a vital service they provide for our Southwest Community.
Any student on Federal Work Study is eligible to apply. We want to encourage interested applicants to contact Assistant Director Barbara Holmes at the Police Services/Public Safety office (901) 333-5555 to assist them in joining "blue brigade."
