The mission of the healthy employee wellness program of Southwest is to promote and support health-enhancing lifestyles of its employees by providing opportunities to enhance health-related awareness, increase personal knowledge, influence attitudes, and change behavior, leading to a higher level of personal wellness.

Gill Center
- Two outdoor walking trails
- Indoor walking path
- Use of gym pending repair and cleanup
Macon Cove Campus
- Basketball, volleyball (Tuesday and Thursday noon till 2 p.m.)
- Indoor walking path
- Fulton Building - look up for the walking signs
- Outdoor walking trail - directions and a map are available
- Personal training available (contact Neal Cordell for appointment times)
- Weight training (Tuesday and Thursday noon till 2 p.m.)
