Employee Fitness Class Schedule

The classes shown in the table below are open to all Southwest employees and their families. No pre-registration, or advanced notice is required to attend. Just show up in work out attire at the location listed on the schedule; weights and mats are supplied. Take a moment and review the Class/Event descriptions.

Class/Event Descriptions

Karate - The class is taught by Lisa Jones, who is a 6th degree black belt in Isshinryu karate. However, no experience is necessary to participate! You do not have to purchase any special attire to participate. Just wear sweats or something comfortable that will allow stretching and kicking. Please remove all jewelry for safety sake. The class works out barefooted. You are welcome to bring children age 8 and up. Your child should be able to take instructions such as, "Have your right foot in front with your toes straight ahead and knees bent." The class is great for all fitness levels.
