Audio/Video/Photography Request

We provide photography for public relations and marketing projects and cover special events at the college as resources permit.

Request photography for your college department or event by filling out our Audio/Video/Photography request form below.  The Marketing and Communications staff will fulfill your request as schedules permit. Please submit your photography request at least ten (10) business days in advance for scheduling purposes. At times, there may be multiple events occurring at the same time and at different locations; in instances such as this, the staff will prioritize event coverage. Events that occur on evenings or weekends, and last minute requests are subject to special consideration.

For your request to be submitted, all required fields* of this form should be completed. Once submitted, the request will be forwarded to staff members for review to determine if scheduling allows for coverage of your event. An electronic notification responding to the request will be sent to the requestors' email address.
