The training is delivered in partnership with EverFi through the Haven for Faculty and Staff online training course. Haven for Faculty and Staff is an interactive training module that contains many challenging and interesting real-life situations. The course’s content is updated from year to year to reflect new information and changes in the law and/or Southwest policy.
Additionally, this year, EverFi has partnered with the National Domestic Violence Hotline to provide access to an anonymous “Chat with an Advocate” feature within the course. Just click the “Chat with an Advocate” button at any time during the course to chat online with a trained hotline advocate. Advocates are available daily, 7 a.m. - 2 a.m. Central Standard Time. EverFi will not collect or share with Southwest any identifiable information of learners using the chat feature.
Enjoy the course!
