Welcome aboard, Illiana Ricelli, Associate Vice President for Human Resources
Please join the Human Resources Division in welcoming to the Southwest family Iliana Ricelli, SPHR, SHRM-SCP as the new Associate Vice President for Human Resources, effective June 15, 2018.
Ricelli has more than 20 years of experience in human resources (HR) at higher education institutions. Her career includes leadership roles in recruitment, compensation administration, training and development, employee relations, and benefits administration. As an adjunct professor, she has taught courses in human resource management, compensation administration, and performance management. She is an active participant in HR organizations such as the Society for Human Resource Management and College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR) and served as the 2013-14 Tennessee CUPA-HR chapter president, overseeing HR projects for the state of Tennessee. As principal investigator, she received an Access & Equity grant from the Tennessee Board of Regents for developing career counseling and career development programs for under-represented employees at both the University of Memphis and Southwest Tennessee Community College.
