Working Remotely: Voicemail
Checking Voicemail Messages Off Premise
- Dial 901-333-5600. You will hear a greeting.
- To bypass greeting, dial 9 + Ext. number
- Enter your security code. This would be the same code you use at a Southwest location.
- Listen to your messages.
Call Forwarding – All Calls
- Lift the handset or press the "Speaker" button to receive a dial tone.
- Press "forward all button" (or # 2).
- Dial the extension to receive forwarded calls or dial 9+number.
- Replace the handset or press the "Speaker" button.
To Cancel Call Forwarding – All Calls
- Lift the handset or press the "Speaker" button.
- Press the forward all button (or * 2)
- Forwarding is canceled.
