Peer mentors can assist with:
- Navigating campus and community resources
- Adapting to college life
- Connecting with your academic advisor
- Registering for classes
- Time management
- Stress management
Any student with a 2.25-2.75 grade point average who has declared a major is eligible to apply.
*Peer mentoring is currently offered at the Union Avenue and Macon Cove campuses, and the Whitehaven and Maxine A. Smith centers.
- All applicants will receive email notification either of their acceptance or denial to the program.
- Accepted applicants will need to set up an initial meeting with their mentor in order to establish goals and a communication plan.
