Cardi-O Fitness is back!
Is improving your health and wellness a goal this summer? Southwest has you covered! Get fit with free virtual cardio and strength training sessions with fitness instructor Odie Tolbert of Cardi-O Fitness. Enjoy gentle, yet challenging exercise that uses your own body weight. No equipment is needed—just the internet, about 45 minutes and the desire to get fit.
The free live sessions are offered every Tuesday and Thursday online at 1:15 p.m. for full-time and part-time employees through Human Resources and Grants Management’s Transforming Lives for Better Health Program.
