Southwest wins Memphis Most Award for Best Technical/Trade School
By Marketing and Communications Staff
Southwest Tennessee Community College was selected as a 2023 Memphis Most Community’s
Choice award winner.
The College took home the award for Best Technical/Trade School, garnering more votes than fellow nominees TCAT Memphis and Moore Tech.
Each year, hundreds of local businesses and organizations are nominated by the Memphis Most Community Choice Awards for a variety of awards in various categories ranging from beauty and finance to dining and education, among others.
Sponsored by the Commercial Appeal, Memphis Most celebrates the best of Memphis businesses and services in the community, as nominated by and voted on by readers.
The awards program starts with public nominations, and from the top five nominees in each category, the voting round selects the finalists and winners. The winners are then selected based on votes from members of the local community.
Thank you to all the staff, faculty and students who voted and contributed to Southwest’s winning success!
